Returns:
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.
Items must be unused, in original packaging.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer (unless the item is defective or incorrect).
Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Non-Returnable Items:
For hygienic reasons, used wellness products cannot be returned unless defective.
Exchanges:
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. For exchanges, contact us.
